I think this is a goddess of youth somewhere. The word Hebephile refers to someone who likes this, that, or the other necessarily past puberty but not fully developed. They're not quite a pedophile because that refers to being attracted to pre-pubescent children. A hebephile is necessarily attracted to post puberty individuals.
