In the Ars Theurgia, Daniel is named as one of the ten ministering spirits who serve Camuel.  He has ten ministering spirits of his own and belongs to the hours of the day.  Despite his association with daylight hours, Daniel is called forth by night.  He is tied to the court of the east.  See also ARS THEURGIA, CAMUEL.
