This one is the one that can convince you to do immoral things.  He speaks with a horse voice, tand that makes it all the more intriguing to do the immoral things.  He offers many evil suggestions but he brings good familiars.  It's up to you if you fall for such foolery...

One may summon this demon's presence by simply saying "Hello Sir," which phonetically sounds identical or close to that of his name...

Just take note that an evil suggestion is never harmless and always, at the least has the potential for destruction.  Could be self-destruction or otherwise.  

Use with caution! 

The Pokemon, Koffing, number 109, preforming the attack self destruct, which harms both sides of the battle.

In the Pseudomonarchia Daemonum, Alocer is described as a great and strong duke.  He appears first as a soldier riding a horse.  He has a lion's face with fiery eyes.  His skin is red and when he speaks, he has a loud and booming voice.  Among his powers, he has the ability to teach astronomy and the liberal sciences.  He can salso provide familiar spirits.  This demon appears in Scot's Discoverie of Witchcraft, where his name is spelled Allocer.  He is said to have thirty-six legions of lesser spirits under his command.  In the Goetia, he is called Alloces and he is said to have a red and leonine face.  According to the Goetia of Dr. Rudd, he is governed by the angel Imamiah.  his name also appears in the Welsh Book of IncantationsSee also BOOK OF INCANTATIONS, GOETIA, SCOT, RUDD WEIRUS.
