Agares
Teaches languages, causes earthquakes, overthrows politicians or clergymen, returns those who have run away.
That one guy, Apophis, is one aspect or one way can be a demon of natural disasters.
There's also Dugtrio that was my strongest Pokemon in the first generation. I had yellow version. That's the one where you get stuck with Pikachu, a Pokemon that won't obey you and stay in the god dam ned Pokemon ball, won't evolve into a Raichu, and demands to be treated as your equal.
Pretty much that's the story. I only connected it to that because that was Dugtri's strongest move, and it knocked anything out almost on the first try most of the time was Earthquake. There was also dig, but that took two turns (although they would always miss any attack they tried, UNLESS IT WAS EARTHQUAKES! WOW WASN'T EXPECTING THAT!).
Named as the First Duke under the power of the east, Agares oversees a total of thirty-one legions of infernal spirits. According to Wierus's Pseudomonarchia Daemonun, he is very willing to appear when summoned. He takes the form of an old man riding a crocodile and carries a hawk on his fist. He was power over runawayts and can fetch them back at the behest of the summoner. He can also compel people to run. He teaches languiages and confers both supernatural and temporal dignities. He also has the power to cause earthquakes. He bnelongs to the Order of Virtues. According to the Goetia of Dr. Rudd, he is constrained by the angel Jeliel. Agares also appears in the sixteenth century French grimoire Livres des esperitz, where his name is spelled Agarat. The Welsh Book of Incantations assigns him the ability to cause earthquakes in addition to his usual powers and says that thirty-one legions follow him. In the Book of Oberon, his name is spelled Agaros and he is one of twelve principal ministers to King Oriens. He has twenty-nine legions of lesser spirits beneath him. As with the Book of Oberon, most entries on Agares identify him as a subordinate of Oriens, king of the east. Other variations on his name include Aharas and Acharos.
