Cleveland

Cleveland is my black man.  He's the black guy on Family Guy, he's also my black man.  Cleveland is also associated with Cleopatra.  I was born and raised in Cleveland.  Thank God, here-ye, here-ye ... blah blah blah.  

Unlike Mahoning county, apparently Cuyahoga County and Cleveland are thereby above-average and care about the air we breathe and do not let those four chinese factories dump their waste in our air, apparently.
