Brasilia

Brasilia time zone is a time zone.  The country code to this part of Brazil is strangely +55. 

In other worlds, this means voluntary human intervention.  But I have always interpreted this as uprooting something, possibly something that is not that strong or fruitful but the roots are of massive quantity and use a lot of resource.  Think about the willow trees that roots and can damage sewers and other water passageways that are in the earth, etc.

I drew the sigil for Brasila.

I've found the best option for these are to harvest those roots and do some type of reduction of a sort to be able to harvest DMT root, which is dark manipulation techniques in my dictionary.  These can be very mind altering and opening.  It's definitely worth looking into.
