Discovered September 24, 1891 by Charlois, A. at Nice
This asteroid is named after or referencing Mary Magdelene, one of Jesus' most prized disciples, rumored his lover. Also to destroy her reputation or something otherwise was rumored to have been a prostitute.
But neither here nor there, I painted the sigil for Mary Magdelene on 11/18/24.
