This is an asshole social worker who doesn't really do a competent job.  He doesn't make reasonable efforts at all.  It's not a job he's passionate about, at all, he just has the job to make money.  But he's working with broken homes, abused/neglected/adjudicated children, and should take his job seriously.

He doesn't really listen or use critical skills in order to determine what the family and children need.  Like I said, he's not passionate about this job.

His favorite beer is Pabst Blue Ribbon, however.
