Discovered August 22, 1979 by Lagerkvist, C.-I. at La Silla

Long story short, this guy's Nick name on the streets is CHIP... which I just say (5/26/24, 10:15 AM) asking me if I have recently lost my Medicaid or CHIP... so common sense tells me that CHIP is some type of Health Insurance possibly offered through the Affordable Care Act.

I made the sigil for Daniel.

I haven't really researched on this, but will update further at a later date...
