Beelzebub is the worst enemy of many things especially that which is dependent on some sort of order. He is a supplanter and by nature these are the most dangerous. If not happy with a current regime or agenda being carried out he has the ability to summon multitudes of demons in order to invoke an anarchic over through of that which oppresses him or that which has pushed him to carry out whatever action he is carrying out. It always results in the downfall and/or collapse of whatever victim made the mistake of victimizing themselves by making Beelzebub their enemy.

IS CUNNING AND BAFFLING.

Manifests as a horsefly or a monstrous beastly creature. He looks scary, and if he scares you, you should probably leave him alone. He has a protective quality to him. He's not all destruction and heart break. This one seems to be in full control of his destructive power without the embarrassing sudden loss of control we have witnessed with inexperienced demon handlers that put us all at risk.
