Eris

Discovered October 21, 2003 by M. E. Brown, C. A. Trujillo and D. Rabinowitz at Palomar.

Eris is the Greek goddess of discord and strife. She stirs up jealousy and envy to cause fighting and anger among men. At the wedding of Peleus and Thetis all the gods were invited with the exception of Eris, and, enraged at her exclusion, she spitefully caused a quarrel among the goddesses that led to the Trojan war.

This motherfucker is the strongest god damn asteroid in the god damn world.

The Roman version is Discordia, reminds me of the computer program Discord. But remember, you are who you hang with!

I created the sigil for Eris.

One day I was experimenting with my man and he said this Eris is strongly connected to Apophis.

I think it is because of this little doosey right here. I'm not sure what deck this comes from, but it is the Tower Card and it is associated with The Goddess Eris.

Now look at this, it is the tower card from Occult Tarot. Note: Eris is a god of Discord and Strife. This card, by Rockpool, promotes discord. And now, look at the similarities between the artwork on this card and this funny little guy down here.
