A slang term for the disease HIV is a House in Virginia.
Apparently, it's a big thing on the West Coast, in places like California, to want to get/to contract the disease HIV.
It's such a big deal that it's an epidemic where people who do not have the disease pay to get into "POS" parties, that means parties where they have orgies and they're HIV+.
