Discovered May 16, 1994 by C. S. Shoemaker and D. H. Levy at Palomar.

Neil deGrasse Tyson (b. 1958) is the youngest-ever director of New York's Hayden Planetarium. He spearheaded the complete redesign of the planetarium that reopened in 2000. He also teaches astronomy at Princeton University.

TY SON is about TY beanie babies, of course! They each have their own little sun sign. But, as a whole wherever this asteroid is at in your chart is what they are combined. It makes a really strong one.
