White Moon Selena is about the Needs of the Collective, or rather what one's Collective would benefit the most from.
It's a lighter, more seemingly or more obvious nurturing, form of Black Moon Lilith.
Where Black Moon Lilith's nurturing qualities are subtle and not readily made apparent, White Moon Selena's harsh or extreme qualities are not made apparent while the nurturing quality seems to be the face.

We can think of this as sort of like a yin-yang type of thing where something can be mostly made up of light and what is praised or sought out but within every one of those is darkness; and that darkness should be recognized as the most potent form of darkness; darkness exact; darkness concentrate if you will.
